  Important: No shipping fees, GST on digital services only, and no physical fulfilment is involved.

 

2 | Physical Products (NFC Tap-Cards & Accessories)

Processing time

1 2 business days for custom print & QC after payment confirmation

Delhivery , Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post Speed Post (remote PINs)

Standard delivery window

Metros & Tier-1: 2 4 business days after dispatch
Tier-2/3 & NE/JK: 5 8 business days

Shipping zones & fees (₹)

India: ₹79 flat; FREE for NFC orders ≥ ₹999
International: Calculated at checkout; duties payable by recipient

Real-time tracking

Tracking link emailed & pushed to dashboard; SMS alerts on dispatch and out for delivery

Packaging

Eco-friendly kraft mailer + recycled bubble wrap; printed material is FSC-certified

Damage & loss

If parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@getdigitalcard.in within 48 hours we ll reship at no extra cost after courier investigation

Address changes

Email us within 2 hours of order; once dispatched, changes incur courier reroute fees

Remote-area surcharge

A small surcharge (₹50 ₹150) may apply for out-of-delivery-area PINs as per courier; shown at checkout

Undeliverable shipments

Courier will attempt 3 deliveries & hold for 7 days; unclaimed parcels are returned to us. Re-shipping is charged at actuals

Holiday & Force-Majeure Delays

Festivals, natural calamities, strikes or government restrictions can extend delivery timelines. We ll keep you informed via email/SMS and dashboard banners.

 

  3 | Order Status & Support

         Order confirmation automatic email/SMS + dashboard status: Processing

         Dispatch email tracking number + courier link; status: Shipped

4 | Returns & Refunds for Physical Items

         Eligible items: NFC cards, holders, lanyards

         Return window: 7 calendar days from date of delivery

         Condition: Unused & in original packaging

         Process:

1.       Raise a return request from Orders → View → Request Return .

2.       Upload photo proof if item is damaged/defective.

3.       We schedule a free reverse pick-up or share a drop-off code.

4.       Refund or replacement issued within 5 business days of receipt & QC.

Note: Custom-printed cards with your branding are non-returnable unless defective.

 

5 | Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy to reflect changes in our logistics network or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced via email and a dashboard banner at least 7 days before they take effect.
