Our Story Like most great ideas, getdigitalcards began with a moment of frustration. In 2023 our founders and a small team of product nerds from Pune—watched hundreds of freshly printed business cards land straight in the trash after a startup event. The waste felt wrong, the information was already outdated, and the follow-up rate was abysmal. We sketched a solution on a chai-stained napkin that night: one link, one QR code, infinite possibilities. Two hackathons, many customer interviews, and a Laravel prototype later, getdigitalcards went live—with its very first subscriber upgrading from “Freemium” to “Pro” before we could even tweet about it.
